How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
This is divided into two parts:
1. Production Times:
We print on demand, everything is hand made just for you (printing, cutting and sewing). It takes us about 7-11 business days to create your scrub.

Under normal circumstances, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

2. Shipping Times:
USPS NORMAL SHIPPING: 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS
EXPEDITED FROM FACTORY DIRECTLY TO YOUR ADDRESS VIA FEDEX INTERNATIONAL: 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS

What does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping (USA): $10.00
Expedited shipping directly from factory to your shipping address MEX-USA: $30

How can I track my order?
You will get an e-mail once your scrub is printed and sent out for delivery.
From then you will track your order either at usps.com or dhl.com for direct orders from factory.
You will automatically receive a shipping e-mail plus a tracking code.

Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?
We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.
