A. Proof Approval & Accuracy

B. User-Submitted Content & Copyrights

When you upload or submit graphics, text, logos, or trademarks to us for custom production, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own or have the legal rights/permission to use and reproduce the submitted design or trademark.

  2. The artwork does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or trademark of any third party.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that contains offensive, harmful, or copyright-infringing material.

4. Pricing, Payment, & Orders

  • Prices: All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit/debit cards and other digital payment options displayed at checkout.
