QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ORDER:
I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this?
Yes you can, but you need to be quick. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore.
So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP at SALES@SCRUBSANDCAPS.COM
Please quote your order number.

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to SALES@SCRUBSANDCAPS.COM and we will take care of it for you.

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?
As long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in print' we cannot cancel anymore since it is already being made.
To cancel your order, email us at SALES@SCRUBSANDCAPS.COM
Please title your email "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will take care of it for you.

Where are your items made?
Our factory is in Guadalajara México.
If you choose standard shipping we ship and pay import fees from Mexico to our office in PHOENIX AZ so we can distribute via US POSTAL SERVICE from there.


If you choose EXPEDITE SHIPPING DIRECT FROM FACTORY we will ship directly from our factory to your shipping address via DHL INTERNATIONAL ADDITIONAL IMPORT TAXES MAY OR MAY NOT APPLY.

PRICING
We pride ourselves on quality. The materials that we use are top of the line, and we make all products when ordered.
Since we carry over 1,500 designs on mens and women's models it is practically imposible to carry inventory.
SCRUBSANDCAPS.COM gear can only be bought from us and nowhere else.

All our items are hand made in México.

We print, cut and sew your order by hand. Our items are printed on demand.

This means that your order is the first step in a long personalised creation process that ends in a package sent to your door!
